In 1997, I first encountered Japanese culture. It was fascinating to witness the precision and dedication with which food is prepared in Japan: every movement deliberate, every piece of sushi unique — served in an atmosphere of absolute stillness.

That aesthetic shaped me deeply. But my path never led to traditional gastronomy; my restlessness wouldn't allow it. I don't see myself as a chef in the conventional sense, but as an enthusiast who brings the discipline of sport together with the precision of craft.

Experience an exclusive combination of freedom and gourmet pleasure. As a passionate sushi chef, I transform your time on the water into a private omakase experience. Enjoy handcrafted sushi at sunset, while the yacht gently rests at anchor in the bay.

Winter.

Private dinner & home dining Dates available on request

During the winter months, I bring the omakase experience to your home — or welcome you at my place in Leuk. Every detail is taken care of, from the perfectly sharpened knife to the hand-picked tableware. Your only task: sit back and enjoy a culinary journey to Japan.
